As the founder of Clarity Coaching and Counselling, Wendy brings warmth, professionalism, and over 20 years of experience in the social care and mental health sectors to her therapeutic practice.

Her background spans work with individuals affected by trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, and complex life transitions. Wendy’s counselling approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and take control of their story. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.

Jo Arnold COUNSELLOR and CHAMPION of VICTIMS of MALE DOMESITC ABUSE

Jo is Dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by complex challenges through her work in counselling, addiction support, and domestic abuse intervention. Jo first joined The First People Group as a Male Domestic Abuse Manager in June 2024, alongside working as a volunteer counsellor specialising in addiction.

After a career in the City, Jo decided to pursue a lifelong desire to work as a Psychotherapist. She completed a BSc in Psychological Counselling, gaining a First Class Honours, alongside CPCAB counselling qualifications and she has undertaken an MSc specialising in Addiction Psychology and Counselling part-time. Jo is a member of the BPS, BACP and Addiction Professionals
