Absolutely. Everything you share with your counsellor is treated as strictly confidential. We will never disclose your information to anyone outside Clarity Coaching and Counselling without your explicit consent.
The only exceptions to this are the legal and ethical obligations all counsellors in the UK must follow. If we believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if a court of law requires disclosure, we may need to share limited information to keep people safe. Where possible, we will always discuss this with you first.
Your privacy and trust are at the heart of our service.

We use a sliding-scale fee model to keep our sessions accessible. This means your fee is based on your financial situation, ensuring support is available even if you’re on a lower income. We’ll discuss fees during your first contact so you can feel clear and comfortable from the start.
-
Most sessions last 50 minutes. Many clients start with weekly sessions, though some choose fortnightly or monthly as progress is made. We’ll agree a schedule together based on your needs, goals and availability.

es. Clarity Coaching and Counselling is one of the few services in the UK offering affordable, specialist counselling for CSBD and PPU.
